Short Bio
Cadie is a former Intelligence Officer (yes, a real spy) turned media entrepreneur, whose career spans national security, the private sector, and non-profit leadership. She co-founded Iron Butterfly Media, a platform that amplifies the voices of women in national security, sustainability, and other service-driven careers through podcasts, documentary film, and a nonprofit foundation. A dedicated community builder, Cadie has founded and led several organizations—including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) entities—focused on mentorship, advocacy, and personal development for women in service. She also co-founded the Command Purpose Foundation to support women veterans transitioning from military life. Through storytelling and servant leadership, Cadie empowers the next generation of women leaders.
